Vendee based Benjamin Dutreux is a young sailor entrepreneur with an indomitable spirit. Considered to be one of the revelations of the last edition of the Vendée Globe he finished 9th aboard an old generation IMOCA and with a micro-budget. He then won the Ocean Race Europe a few months later with the Offshore Team Germany. He is a determined go getter who then quickly sold his OMIA-Water Family and bought a new boat, the former 11th Hour and Hugo Boss from 2016). His first Vendée Globe gave Benjamin and his team enough profile for Guyot Environnement to become the main partner of his new project and to commit alongside the Water Family - Du Flocon à la Vague association an initiative Dutreux has been an ambassador for 5 years. The objective is to act together because water is the raw material of our consumer goods and because raising awareness among future generations is the key to lasting change. This co-branding that has the energy to go even further and will lead to a new educational project that will soon be unveiled to the general public.
